Turbo Kick<br />
Turbo Kick is a one hour long <strong>to</strong>tal body workout. It is more than<br />
just cardio kickboxing, it is a combination of martial arts, dance, core<br />
strengthening, interval training, abs, leg strengthening and a cool<br />
down <strong>to</strong> tai-chi. You’ll kick, punch and groove the calories away in<br />
this action-packed, super fun, super safe and effective cardiovascular<br />

Aquacise<br />
Ages: 18 years and older<br />
This is a great class for all fitness levels! Exercises are in shallow<br />
water, so you will not only get the benefits of strengthening your<br />
muscles, but it’s a great aerobic workout as well. If you are new <strong>to</strong><br />
exercise, or looking for a class <strong>to</strong> add <strong>to</strong> your fitness program, try<br />
Aquacise! The class soothes tired muscles and stressed joints. Water<br />
shoes are recommended. This class is NOT available as a ‘Passport <strong>to</strong><br />
Fitness’ class. Registration deadline is one week prior <strong>to</strong> the first<br />
class in each session.<br />

Pilates<br />
This program focuses on the core postural muscles which help keep<br />
the body balance and which are essential <strong>to</strong> providing support for the<br />
spine. Pilate’s exercises teach awareness of breath and alignment of<br />
the spin that aims <strong>to</strong> strengthen the deep <strong>to</strong>rso muscles. With this one<br />
hour class you will learn <strong>to</strong> use your mind <strong>to</strong> control your muscles.<br />

Cardio Interval<br />
Multi level class. Are you lacking in your cardiovascular stamina<br />
and strength Come and get the most from your workout in the least<br />
amount of time. Your cardio and strength will be challenged in this<br />

Shape Up<br />
One hour, multilevel class. You will receive a complete workout with<br />
interval-training techniques, cardiovascular endurance and strength<br />
training. Get a fun mix of step, hand weights, bands, tubing, balls<br />
and more. Your muscles will be constantly guessing. A cool down,<br />
abdominal work and a light stretch at the end. Walk away energized.<br />
Participants can make the class low or high impact; the instruc<strong>to</strong>r will<br />
help you choose.<br />
