For TripleTOF 5600 instruments, complete this table with the results from the ion from the Beta-<br />
Galactosidase digest solution stock. Make sure that the peak area is within specification.<br />
Most of the XICs obtained should have peak widths of ~0.17 minute half height on average and<br />
have peak intensities similar to that shown in Figure 1-29. Some peaks will be narrower and<br />
some will be broader Additionally, verify that the peaks elute within 5 minutes of each other.<br />
