ARTICLE 16. HOLIDAYS Section 1. If any recognized holiday shall fall on a Sunday, the following Monday shall be observed as a holiday, and if any holiday shall fall on a Saturday, the preceding Friday shall be observed as a holiday. Section 2. Holiday Saved Current “holiday saved banks” shall be frozen. When used, it shall be drawn at the rate of 19.2 hours per shift for shift employees and 6.4 hours for non-shift employees. If paid out upon termination of employment, it shall be paid on an hour for hour basis. 25
