Health Privacy Principle or HPP means the health privacy principles contained in the Health
Records and Information Privacy Act 2002 (NSW).
Information Protection Principle or IPP means the information protection principles
contained in the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998 (NSW).
Intellectual Property Rights includes all present and future rights in relation to copyright,
trade marks, designs, patents, trade, business or company names, or other proprietary rights, or
any rights to registration of such rights whether created before or after the date of this
agreement, and whether existing in Australia or otherwise.

Material means tangible and intangible information, documents, reports, software (including
source and object code), inventions, data and other materials in any media whatsoever.

and any similar rights existing under foreign laws.

NSW Government Body means:

(c)
DEC (including the New South Wales Technical and Further Education
Commission), including its agencies, institutes, schools, offices, bureaus, business
units, groups, divisions, and any other New South Wales government education
portfolio entities;
any Division of the Government Service as defined under the Public Sector
Employment and Management Act 2002 (NSW);
a NSW Public Sector Service, whether in whole or in part (as defined under the
Public Sector Employment and Management Act 2002 (NSW)), being:

the Teaching Service (including any public school or TAFE in NSW);
the NSW Police Force;
the NSW Health Service;
