31. Insurance

31.3 Term of insurance
The Contractor will maintain insurance under this clause at all times during this agreement and
where a policy is a "claims made" or "claims made and notified" policy, the Contractor will
keep it in place for 3 years after the termination or expiration of this agreement.

31.6 Cancellation
Without limiting the Contractor's other obligations in this clause, if an insurance policy
required by this agreement is cancelled, the Contractor will immediately notify DEC of what
has occurred.
32. Limitation on notices and disclaimers
The Contractor will not include in or on any NSW Government Property or Deliverable:
(a)
(b)
any Intellectual Property or confidentiality notice, statement, licence or restriction;
that is inconsistent with the terms of this agreement; or
any disclaimer, assumptions or qualifications except as authorised by this
agreement.
