(b) (c) Where DEC changes a DEC Policy (including adding a new policy) after the Effective Date, DEC will provide the Contractor with reasonable notice of the changes. Where the Contractor would incur material additional cost (and would not have incurred those costs as part of its other business operations) or would be materially delayed in the performance of its obligations in complying with a change under clause 8.2(b), it will notify DEC and the change to DEC Policy will then be dealt with as a variation in accordance with Schedule 6. 8.3 Contractor to limit use of DEC ICT Environment The Contractor will limit its use of the DEC ICT Environment and DEC Resources to no more than as is reasonably necessary to comply with its obligations to provide the Services.
