Types of Abuse, Continued Types of Abuse by Others Of the reports of abuse perpetrated by others, reports of alleged neglect were the highest at 31%, followed by reports of possible financial abuse at 24%, physical abuse at 20%, mental suffering at 19%, and isolation at 4%.
