Perpetrators, Continued Relationships in Percentages The following chart shows the relationship between the perpetrator and the victim as a percentage of total reports of abuse. Note that friends, neighbors and roommates have been grouped in the category “Friends”; financial predators, landlord, SNF staff, RCH provider, and realtors are grouped as “Business”; and the mental health and developmental disabilities counselors and therapist were grouped as “Counselor”.
