Aş înţelege să nu poată fi plătit al 13-lea
salariu dar consider ca orice contract de munca ar
implica plata a 12 salarii anuale.

sună la CNCSIS şi ne trasmite că în urma discuţiei

fost două zile pierdute împreună cu Radu Purice şi
Lucian Beznea din conduderea IMAR pentru a vedea
cum putem să cheltuim 170000 ron în obiecte de până
la 1800 ron, după câteva zile pierdute pentru a rescrie
devizul antecalcul, în cele din urmă schimbând e-mailuri
cu câţiva colegi proaspăt repatriaţi sun la CNCSIS
(dupa 5 zile de la şoc) pentru a afla că de fapt putem
cumpăra cam orice.

devizul antecalcul, în străinătate fiind nu am ştiut faptul
că salariul net reprezintă 0.54 din cheltuielile de
personal, în acest fel salariul pe anul 2007 a fost mult
diminuat
aşa cum a fost prevăzut acest tip de contract,
în 2007 banii de mobilităţi nu pot fi folositi pentru conferinţe
ci numai pentru stagii de cercetare, mi se pare
o măsură ciudată deoarece bani există în proiect
numai că nu se pot folosi pentru conferinţe, în această
situaţie, în cazul meu, participarea la anumite conferinţe
a fost finanţată de alte proiecte de cer-cetare din
România sau Spania în condiţiile în care aveam bani
suficienţi să plătesc din proiectul meu aceste
deplasări.

avion, aceste condiţii ce sunt cerute pentru achiziţiile
publice nu fac decât să ne consume timpul care ar trebui

trebuie să cunoască tot felul de aberaţii le-gislative şi
să facă autogestiune.
Scurtă prezentare a proiectului de cercetare
Acest proiect este dedicat studiului unor ecuaţii cu
derivate parţiale din punctul de vedere al aproximării
numerice, comportamentului asimptotic şi controlului.
Mai precis, vom analiza următoarele probleme:
1. Scheme de aproximare numerică pentru ecuaţii
dispersive.

Following discussions with other colleagues who are
in a similar situation, I found out that each institution
has its own rules in point of staff contracting. For
instance, in my case, the salary-based income for
2008 will be represented by 11 maximal salaries
(4250 lei) given that one cannot pay the research
contract salary during holiday. I would understand the
fact that I cannot be given the 13th salary, but I
believe that any work contract should imply the payment
of 12 annual salaries.

Institute of Mathematics of the Romanian Academy
who was in charge of research projects finally called
CNCSIS and told us that the installation bonus can
only be spent on objects of small value of up to 1800
lei. The result was spending two days together with
Radu Purice and Lucian Beznea, people from the
directing board of the Institute of Mathematics of the
Romanian Academy in order to see how we could
spend 170000 lei for objects of up to 1800 lei. After
several days lost in re-writing the ante-calculus estimate,
and after I exchanged emails with other colleagues
who had recently returned, I called CNCSIS
to find out that we could in fact buy anything (after the
elapse of 5 days since the shocking news).

this, in my case, participation at certain conferences
was funded by other research projects from Romania
or Spain in the context in which I had enough money
to pay for these goings from my own project.

Summary of the project
This project is devoted to the study of PDEs from
the point of view of treir numerical approximations,
asymptotic behaviour and control. More precisely we
will analyze the following problems:
1. Numerical approximation schemes for dispersive
equations.
