• Viral antigens: EBNA, E-6,E-7, papilloma virus antigens<br />
of cervical carcinomas.<br />
• Oncofetal antigens: alpha-fetoprotein (AFP),<br />
Carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA)<br />
• Autoantigens: overexpression - c-myc in lymphomas,<br />
leukemias; HER-2/neu epidermal growth factor receptorbreast<br />
cancer (Herceptin).
