Proper restor<strong>at</strong>ion <strong>of</strong> facial al fe<strong>at</strong>ures and occlusion following severe facial trauma requires co-oper<strong>at</strong>ion <strong>of</strong> all <strong>the</strong><br />
dental disciplines within <strong>the</strong> community.<br />
Completing one <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong>se complex cases <strong>of</strong>ten takes two<br />
or three years<br />
because <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> many surgical steps involved, including major bone graft procedures. Several <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong>se trauma cases will be<br />
