All registrants will receive
Winter Clinic Bucks with
their registration package.
When you visit the exhibit
floor, many exhibitors will
be displaying an item of
significant value that you
may bid on using your
Winter Clinic Bucks. There
will be many opportunities
to obtain additional Winter
Clinic Bucks on the exhibit
floor both from the
exhibitors and at several
games located around the
hall. Make your bid by
signing the sheet at each
exhibitors booth and keep
coming back to check that
you have not been outbid.
At the end of the day, the
highest bidder will win the
silent auction item and this
can be picked up at the
exhibitors booth in exchange
for the amount in Winter
Clinic Bucks of the highest
bidder. If the item is not
claimed within 10 minutes of
closing, the next highest
bidder will be able to claim
the item. There is no cash
value of the Winter Clinic
Bucks. If you do not have
sufficient Bucks to claim your
item you may obtain
additional Bucks to cover
your bid by playing the
games, making a purchase,
visiting a participating
exhibitor, trading with friends
etc. otherwise your bid will
not be recognized.
