Lady Windean Dahleen and The Rainbow Inn held their<br />
annual Ho Down last Saturday at The Rainbow Inn. Tickets<br />
were $25 per person and included dinner and entertainment. A<br />
silent auction was held inside, and special guest Tommi Rose<br />
(above) performed to the audience outside. The show raised<br />
$3,000 for the Art Alliance of <strong>Idyllwild</strong>.<br />

Heavy thunderclouds threatened, but held off, at the Friends<br />
of the <strong>Idyllwild</strong> Library’s annual book sale last Saturday. The<br />
sale, usually held on Memorial Day weekend, was canceled<br />
then because of rain. Fiona Wohlman sifts through the sea of<br />
books displayed for all to rummage through.<br />

Native Voices at the Autry’s “The Red Road,” written and<br />
