level secondary examinations. It was perceived that students who are in preparation of<br />

examinations may not concentrate in filling questionnaires, therefore could compromise the<br />

quality of data. Schools involved in the study from city centre were (Kidete, Kisarawe II and<br />

Ridhwaa seminary) and from outskirts were (Bunju A, Kamene, Kitunda, Tabata, Ugombolwa<br />

and Ulongoni). The sampling procedure was as shown in figure 2 below.<br />
