Zirvesi’ne katılan Poroşenko, zirvenin ardından
düzenlediği basın toplantısında
“Müzakereler çok zor geçti. Kolay bir uygulama
sürecinden geçeceğimizi de düşünmüyoruz”
dedi ve AB’ye teşekkür etti.
Ukrayna, Rusya’nın askeri ve siyasal baskısının
üstünlüğü karşısında AB’den siyasal
destek talebinde bulunurken, mevcut askeri
güç dengesini değiştirmek için Washington
yönetiminden modern silah tedariki isteğini
ısrarla gündeminde tutuyor. Bu gelişmelere
rağmen, ayrılıkçıların Debaltseve şehrinde
Ukrayna ordusunu kuşatma altında tutarak
muhasarayı sürdürmesi, ateşkesin en zayıf
halkasında kopma tehlikesini bünyesinde
muhafaza ediyor.
DEBALTSEVE KUŞATMASI
Rusya, gelişmelerden “ABD-NATO-AB”
troykasını sorumlu tutarken, iç savaşta
Doğu Ukrayna ayrılıkçı güçlerinin toprak ve
daha geniş özerklik taleplerine Rus
Ordusu’nun güvencesi olduğunu savunuyor.
Kırım’ın ilhakının meşruiyet kaynağının bu

THE DEBALTSEVE BLOCKADE

troika responsible for the recent developments,
it asserts that the territorial and
autonomy demands of the separatists in
Ukraine are to be insured by the Russian
