4 Condition Prior to the commencement of the development a detailed outdoor lighting
scheme shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
The scheme shall include details of the type of lights, the orientation/angle of the
luminaries, the spacing and height of the lighting columns, the extent/levels of
illumination over the site and on adjacent land and the measures to contain light within
the curtilage of the site. The scheme shall be implemented in accordance with
approved scheme and thereafter maintained.

5 Condition Prior to the erection of any walls and fences precise details of the siting,
design and materials shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local
Planning Authority. The approved walls and fences shall be erected prior to the
hospice to which they relate being first occupied in the approved form.
5 Reason To ensure a satisfactory external appearance.
6 Condition Full detail of the acoustic fence to be erected around the externally located
generator shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority
to prior to the first use of the generator. The approved detail shall be erected and
installed prior to the first use of the generator.
6 Reason In order to protect the amenities of adjacent residential properties and in the
interests of visual amenity in accordance with PPS1 and PPG24.
