Past Occurrences There have been over 300 recorded thunderstorm/high wind events in Davidson County since 1872. These events are presented in Appendix B. Likelihood of Future Occurrences Thunderstorms are likely to occur in Nashville-Davidson County approximately 50 to 70 days each year (Figure 4-21).
