Based on Table 4-2 (which is also presented in Section 4.1), the average hazard classification<br />

is Significant; however, the larger the dam’s the higher the hazard classification, which would<br />

weigh more with the vulnerability.<br />

<strong>Metro</strong> Nashville and Davidson County along with numerous other jurisdictions have<br />

completed Wolf Creek Dam Emergency Operation <strong>Plan</strong>s in 2007. This was due to the<br />

USACE starting a multi-year repair project due to maintenance problems and increased risk of<br />

a dam breach.<br />
