The Frankfurt Institute for Risk Management & Regulation (FIRM) is affiliated<br />
to the Society for Risk Management and Regulation in which renowned<br />
banks as well as service providers, associations and the State of Hesse are<br />
involved. Based at both Frankfurt universities, FIRM promotes research and<br />
teaching in the fields of risk management and regulation.<br />
Current research projects and their results create the basis for the futureoriented<br />
courses! In light of this understanding and given that more research<br />
endeavours in the past would probably have helped contain the current<br />
crisis, FIRM promotes the implementation of research projects.<br />
Risk managers occupy a decisive position in overall bank management.<br />
FIRM’s Master of Science in Risk Management & Regulation trains risk mana -<br />
gers of the future. The programme conveys a comprehensive systematic<br />
overview of risk management and provides the basis for assuming an<br />
accountable and decision-based top position in risk management.<br />
FrankfurtRheinMain <strong>GmbH</strong> International Marketing of the Region is the<br />
inward investment agency of FrankfurtRheinMain region. The agency<br />
presents the cities and municipalities of FranfurtRheinMain and their economic<br />

Our mission is to inform foreign companies about the benefits of the region<br />
and to attract them to the region, to promote the region’s ability to compete<br />
at international level, and to strengthen the perception of the region abroad.<br />
