Concession forms will be sent only once by the school and if the concession form is lost, misplaced<br />
it will not be re‐issued. Please ask Air Concession forms with the details of Airline minimum 45 days<br />
before the journey.<br />
Air Baggage: The school will not pay for any extra baggage. Please ensure a maximum luggage of<br />
20kgs is with the child at all times. Students should bring one suitcase and one air bag only.<br />
Passport: The Parents are requested to deposit the child’s passport with the school and obtain a<br />
receipt from the <strong>School</strong> Office / CEO. Parents are requested to check the passports validity for<br />
minimum 01 year so that last moment rush and non‐ participation in school organized foreign<br />
tours is avoided. We are planning foreign trips this year too. We feel sad when at the last moment<br />
children are unable to undertake the trip for want of valid passport.<br />
All parents are requested to make their children’s passport as once the children join the school,<br />
it is very difficult to make passport.<br />
Visa: NRI and Foreign students must check for validity of VISA for the whole academic year. Their<br />
Passports and Visa are to be compulsorily deposited at the school and receipts obtained. <strong>School</strong><br />
management will obtain permission from the Superintendent of Police for child’s stay in school as<br />
required by Law for Foreign NRI children.<br />
