Fortnightly Phone Calls for Children
Timings: 2.30 to 5.00 pm
Parents must appreciate that nearly 70 children speak to their parents everyday. Though the school has
50 landlines and 20 mobiles, please kindly limit your talk to “6 minutes”. Only one call is allowed for
each child. Let the child speak to his father, mother only. Do not give the telephone numbers to uncles,
aunts etc. as you will miss the call. NRI Parents are requested to specify the call day on which you would
like to call your child. It is either on the call day specified dorm wise or on Sundays. Please send email to
this effect. Please don’t call on both these days as this affects the other children. NRI Parents are
requested to deposit the money with the accounts manager for making telephone calls.
Number of Calls:
The number of calls has been restricted to one call per child on the day specified. Please help the child
to speak to his/her mother, father only and not lose that one call to the relatives. Despite our best
efforts we are not able to permit more than one call on the call day.

Parents are requested to strictly adhere to the timings to avoid inconvenience to the children.
