STUDIO ORDERING NOTES:<br />

1)<br />

Order one Wavelink Studio COM Server per server deployed.<br />

2)<br />

Wavelink Studio COM server and device client software must be downloaded<br />

and installed separately.<br />

3)<br />

Annual fee and contract allows unlimited phone support and access to product updates<br />

and upgrades. If a customer purchases Wavelink software and does not purchase a<br />

Wavelink Maintenance Plan within 12 months of the initial purchase, the customer<br />

must purchase an “Upgrade” to receive phone support or product updates/upgrades.<br />

4)<br />

For all initial orders, minimum of 50 clients required.<br />

5)<br />

Available for all orders where a previously purchased Studio client license is being<br />

transferred to a new device type. A new device type is defined as either: a) from a different<br />

manufacturer; b) outside the original device series; c) different operating system (OS).<br />

6)<br />

Volume breaks available. Call for pricing.<br />
