New Accounts<br />

If you’re new to <strong>ScanSource</strong>, you can use any of the following<br />

payment methods:<br />

• C.O.D. - Cashiers Check<br />

• MasterCard<br />

• VISA<br />

• Wire Transfer<br />

If you’d like to pay with a company check or would like to set up an<br />

account, please fill out the credit application form on pages 379-381.<br />

(In order to be approved, you must supply a verifiable bank reference<br />

with a six month history).<br />

Alternative financing arrangements are available. Contact a Reseller<br />

Financial Services representative for more information.<br />

We will apply a service charge of $10.00 to any order under $50.00.<br />

All sales are subject to the standard terms and conditions found on<br />

the reverse side of our invoices.<br />

PLEASE NOTE: To ensure that we keep our promise of selling only<br />

to qualified resellers, we must receive a copy of your reseller<br />

certificate before we can ship your merchandise.<br />

Reseller Financial services<br />

Our Reseller Financial Services Department can usually process<br />

applications on established companies in a few days. If yours is a<br />

relatively new business, however, please allow us extra time to obtain<br />

all the necessary bank and trade references. Please feel free to call<br />

Warranty and RMA Procedure<br />

While we cannot guarantee that every product we ship arrives in<br />

perfect condition, we can make sure problems are handled quickly<br />

and painlessly.<br />

In most cases, warranty situations are handled by the manufacturer.<br />

(To find out warranty policies for individual manufacturers, please<br />

see the charts on pages 370-375). <strong>ScanSource</strong> provides no warranty<br />

other than the warranty offered by the manufacturer of the product.<br />

If a product arrives Dead On Arrival (DOA), call our Technical Services<br />

Group immediately at 1-800-944-2439 x4002. DOA Policies vary from<br />

manufacturer to manufacturer. We will be glad to apply the<br />

manufacturer’s policy and help you get up and running. Please see<br />

pages 370-375 for Manufacturer DOA Policies. In most cases a Return<br />

Material Authorization (RMA) will be issued and a replacement<br />

product will be sent to you.<br />

An RMA form can also be downloaded from our website by visiting the<br />

Reseller Support section of www.scansource.com.<br />

To speed the process along, please have the following information<br />

ready:<br />

- Your Company Name - Customer Account Number<br />

- Invoice Number - Product Model<br />

- Serial Number - Part Number<br />

- Nature of Problem<br />

Please note that RMA numbers are only valid for thirty (30) days, and<br />

all products received without an RMA number or with an expired RMA<br />

number will be returned to you.<br />
