With the ASI check<br />
valve, priming is easy. Open the pump purge valve and<br />
turn on the pump. The pump primes itself, even if the<br />
head and intake lines are completely dry. No syringes<br />
necessary. The ASI cartridge has a 15,000psig pressure<br />
limit. During routine maintenance, replace only the<br />
cartridge, not the entire assembly. Cartridges cost less<br />
than most conventional valve rebuild kits.<br />
Every valve is tested prior to shipping to ensure it<br />
passes a stringent set of performance specifications. A<br />
replaceable 2µm outlet filter insures clog-free operation<br />
and protects the column from pump wear particles.<br />
