Rheodyne ® metal sample<br />
loops are available in 316 stainless steel or titanium,<br />
and are supplied with unswaged fittings so they can<br />
be completely bottomed in the injector port before the<br />
ferrule is swaged on. Size designations of the metal<br />
loops are nominal. Actual volumes can differ due to<br />
the tolerances of the tubing. Precise volumes may be<br />
injected by the “partial-filling” method if you are using a<br />
dual-mode injector.<br />

PEEK sample loops are a<br />
convenient alternative to<br />
stainless steel loops due to<br />
the flexible nature of the<br />
tubing. The metal-free fittings and ferrules won’t swage<br />
on the tubing, so loops they will reposition to ensure<br />
correct installation into any Rheodyne metal-free valve.<br />
Actual sample loop volume can differ from theoretical<br />
designations due to the +/-0.05mm tolerances on the<br />
tubing bore.<br />
