Spinach Dip<br />

Serves: 10<br />

1 package vegetable soup mix<br />

1-10 oz package frozen chopped<br />

spinach<br />

½ cup non-fat sour cream<br />

1 cup low-fat mayonnaise or yogurt<br />

1 can sliced water chestnuts<br />

Directions:<br />

Thaw and drain the spinach, press<br />

water out thoroughly. Mix all<br />

ingredients and add spinach. Chill<br />

for 2 hours. Stir before serving.<br />

Per serving: 90 calories; 4g fat; 270mg<br />

sodium<br />
