Peanut Crunchies<br />

Serves: 12<br />

¼ cup brown sugar, packed<br />

½ cup peanut butter<br />

2¼ cups corn cereal squares<br />

½ cup peanuts<br />

¼ cup honey or Karo syrup<br />

2 Tbsp margarine<br />

½ cup raisins<br />

1 tsp vanilla<br />

Directions:<br />

Combine brown sugar, honey,<br />

peanut butter and margarine in a<br />

large skillet; bring to a boil and cook<br />

1 minute. Remove from heat; stir in<br />

peanuts, vanilla, cereal and raisins.<br />

Press into an 8 or 9” baking pan lined<br />

with foil and sprayed with non-stick<br />

cooking spray. Refrigerate 30<br />

minutes. Cut into squares.<br />

Per serving: 190 calories; 10g fat; 50mg sodium<br />
