No Bake Peanut Butter Cookies<br />

Serves: 24<br />

½ cup chunky peanut butter<br />

½ cup raisins<br />

4 Tbsp honey<br />

½ cup oatmeal<br />

¼ cup powdered milk<br />

coconut/cookie/cereal crumbs or<br />

powdered sugar<br />

Directions:<br />

Blend all ingredients except<br />

coconut, cereal crumbs or<br />

powdered sugar. Roll into balls. Roll<br />

in coconut, cookie crumbs or<br />

powdered sugar. Chill for 1 hour.<br />

Per serving: 80 calories; 4g fat; 30mg sodium<br />
