Summer Fruit Cooler<br />
Serves: 4, one cup each<br />
1 cup chilled pineapple juice<br />
½ cup cracked ice<br />
½ cup frozen, unsweetened<br />
strawberries or ½ cup ripe banana<br />
1 / 3 cup dry milk powder<br />
1 Tbsp sugar<br />
Directions:<br />
Just before serving, blend all<br />
ingredients in a blender at high<br />
speed until thick and foamy, about<br />
30 seconds. Pour into glasses. (If<br />
