Hot Cranberry Cider<br />

Serves: 12<br />

2 quarts apple cider<br />

1½ quarts cranberry juice<br />

¼ cup brown sugar, packed<br />

3 tsp cinnamon<br />

1 tsp ground cloves<br />

1 lemon, thinly sliced<br />

Directions:<br />

Combine cider, cranberry juice and<br />

brown sugar in a large pot. Add<br />

spices and simmer for 30 minutes.<br />

Ladle into cups and float lemon<br />

slices on top.<br />

Per serving: 110 calories; 10mg sodium<br />
