3) To delete all messages, press delete messege in standby mode. Press delete<br />
messege again after the announcement "To delete all messages, press delete<br />
again."<br />
When you try to delete all messages without first listening to your new messages,<br />
you hear several short beeps followed by an announcement "Please playback all<br />
messages." This protects you from accidentally erasing messages you have not yet<br />
reviewed.<br />
Important:<br />
When you press delete messege, you are permanently deleting the message. Once<br />
deleted, the message cannot be replayed or retrieved.<br />
Voice memo<br />
The voice memo function allows the user to record messages (more than 2 seconds<br />
and less than 4 minutes).<br />
1) In stand by mode, press the RECORD soft key on the base.<br />
2) Press the START soft key.<br />
3) Start your recording after the announcement "Record Memo Message" and a<br />
confirmation tone.<br />
4) When you have finished, press the STOP soft key to stop recording. The system<br />
returns to standby.<br />
