2.2 All Backup Screen<br />

2.2.3 Setting Automatic Backup<br />

When you validate automatic back up function, NC memory data can be backed up automatically.<br />

(1) Parameter setting<br />

By setting the below parameters on operation parameter screen, the automatic back up function will be<br />

validated.<br />

# Item Contents Setting range (unit)<br />

8915 Auto backup day 1<br />

8916 Auto backup day 2<br />

When the NC power is ON after the designated<br />

date was passed over, the automatic backup is<br />

executed.<br />

-1 to 31<br />

(-1 can be set for "Auto<br />

backup day 1" only.)<br />

8917 Auto backup day 3<br />

8918 Auto backup day 4<br />

When -1 is set to "Auto backup day 1", the<br />

automatic backup is executed every turning NC<br />

power ON.<br />

When 0 is set to all on "Auto backup day 1" to "4",<br />

the automatic backup is not executed. It is possible<br />

to specify the designated date up to 4 days for a<br />

month.<br />

8919 Auto backup device This sets the automatic backup target device. 0: DS<br />

1: HD<br />

2: Memory card<br />

(5) Backup list This displays the backup date list.<br />

This date is the system data time stamp.<br />
