Applications can be submitted online throughout the year. Some departments and agencies advertise closing dates for certain job postings. Students in their final year of academic studies who do not intend to return to full-time studies are only eligible to work part-time until the completion of their last academic term. To be eligible for Graduate Work Study consideration, students must be Ontario residents, have qualified for, and taken their OSAP maximum for the current year. Decisions regarding work study eligibility will not be made until after the application deadline date. The application is located on the Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies website and must be submitted by the deadline indicated.
