You must first make an appointment to
arrange academic accommodation with a
Services for Students with Disabilities (SSD)
counsellor. SSD reception is located in Room
4100, Western Student Services Building. Please
note that you must speak to an SSD Counsellor
for each course for which you are registered.

Adding and Dropping of courses takes place
throughout the Academic Year. Various
deadlines are set and are listed in the calendar
portion of this student guide as well as in
the academic calendar under sessional dates:

Main Campus – Add/Drop
In order to add or drop a course after
web registration has ended, students should
obtain signatures from the departments
offering the course(s). Then they should
submit the form to their Faculty Academic
Counsellors before the add or drop deadline.
Please Note: There are financial and
transcript implications to dropping courses.

Undergraduate Courses only. For Graduate,
Professional, or Faculty of Education course
descriptions, please contact the related
department.
Course descriptions are available at
$2.00 per course, or $11.00 per academic
year of courses described. Payment must
accompany your order. Please fax or mail
your name, student number, date of birth,
telephone number where you can be
reached, Visa or MasterCard number with
expiry date, the courses or academic years
you would like the associated descriptions
for, and where they are to be sent. Please
also remember that the request must
bear the signature of the student. Course
descriptions may take up to two weeks
to process. You can fax your request to
