Payment must accompany all requests prior<br />

to processing. Transcripts are processed in 4<br />

to 5 business days (does not include mailing<br />

How to order transcripts<br />

You can order transcripts in person, by<br />

mail, by fax or online. Transcript orders are<br />

not accepted over the phone as an <strong>of</strong>ficial<br />

signature from the student is required. To<br />

order by fax or by mail, fill out the order<br />

form found at the website listed above. To<br />

order in person, please visit Student Central,<br />

Room 1120 WSS. Once ordered,transcripts<br />

will be sent by Canada Post to their<br />

destination, unless courier services or faxing<br />

is indicated.<br />

Online ordering <strong>of</strong> Transcripts (Web<br />

Express Transcript Ordering Services)<br />

If you would like to order transcripts<br />

online, please visit studentservices.uwo.ca.<br />

Once you have logged onto the system, select<br />

“myPast,” followed by “order a transcript.”<br />

Please note that fax and courier service is<br />

NOT available through online ordering.<br />

There are no holds on online transcripts and<br />

the customers who use the online service<br />

will receive an email confirming their online<br />

request if there were no problems.<br />

To confirm receipt <strong>of</strong> a transcript request,<br />

you may contact the Helpline at 519-661-2100<br />

during regular business hours. To check the<br />

status <strong>of</strong> your order, sign into the Student<br />

Center website at student.uwo.ca and select<br />

the “<strong>Academic</strong> Records” option, followed by<br />

“Official Transcript Status.”<br />

Visiting Students are students who are<br />

admitted to <strong>Western</strong> to take courses for<br />

transfer to a degree program at another<br />

<strong>University</strong>. If you have questions about your<br />

Visiting Students are <strong>Western</strong> students<br />

for the duration <strong>of</strong> the session in which<br />

they are registered. As a Visiting Student,<br />

you have full access to all USC student<br />

services, resources and facilities, including<br />

the libraries, athletic facilities and health<br />

services.<br />

Visiting Students must be in good<br />

standing at their home university. They<br />

may not be on probation, suspended or<br />

expelled. Transcripts and TOEFL results<br />

are not normally required; however, you<br />

may be required to present a transcript<br />

to an academic department to verify your<br />

prerequisite course background.<br />

Your <strong>Western</strong> ONECard works for you in<br />

many ways, including (but not limited to) the<br />

following: Gym Access; Bus Pass; Library Card;<br />

Student Central; Meal Plan; Building Access;<br />

Voting Info and Discounts at Greyhound.<br />

A <strong>Western</strong> ONECard is issued to every<br />

student when they first come to The <strong>University</strong><br />

<strong>of</strong> <strong>Western</strong> <strong>Ontario</strong>. Students are to keep their<br />

<strong>Western</strong> ONECard for the duration <strong>of</strong> their<br />

studies and the card is to be used only by the<br />

person to whom it is issued. There is a $25 fee<br />

charged to replace a lost or damaged <strong>Western</strong><br />

ONECard. To obtain your <strong>Western</strong> ONECard,<br />

please bring a valid piece <strong>of</strong> government issued<br />

photo ID to Student Central, located in room<br />

1120, <strong>Western</strong> Student Services Building.<br />

If you lose your <strong>Western</strong> ONECard that<br />

has a meal plan on it, report it as lost to any<br />

cashier on campus or to Student Central and<br />

it will immediately be deactivated. You are<br />

responsible for all transactions or loss <strong>of</strong> funds<br />

prior to deactivation. If you find your card<br />

after it has been deactivated, you must have it<br />

reactivated at the Meal Plan <strong>of</strong>fice located at<br />

Centrespot in the UCC.<br />
