Students are encouraged to apply early.
All applications and/or application
available through Western’s Student Financial
Services. For 2010-2011 OSAP, please register
for your summer courses and complete the
“Undergraduate Summer 2011 Supplemental
returned directly to the Western Student Services
Building at the University of Western Ontario.
Deadlines
Fall/Winter Fee Deferment to OSAP
deadline - All students should apply no later
than June 30th with all signature sheets and all
outstanding paperwork submitted no later than
the third week of July annually. You may defer
payment of tuition until your loan documents
are received if you applied for OSAP by the
Brescia deadlines, and you have received
confirmation from the Ministry that you will
be receiving sufficient OSAP to cover fees due.
Typically you should receive this confirmation
automatically before the August fee payment
choice of communication you chose at the time
of application, or you may check your status on
the OSAP website.
Please note that the academic year at Brescia
is 34 weeks in length - two terms. A student
applying for summer OSAP completes a separate
