Hotel Cancellation Policy
All rates are quoted per room / night, incl. breakfast and all taxes. Bookings need to be guaranteed either by a deposit or a credit card. The deposit amount must be paid to the mentioned bank account by July
29th, and will be later deducted from your hotel bill on-site. If you indicate your credit card (number and expiry date), the reservation is guaranteed and no deposit will be charged. With your booking you agree
that INTERPLAN is entitled to forward the credit card information to the hotel. We would like to inform you that hotel bookings that are not guaranteed by credit card or deposit payment by July 29th will be
cancelled automatically from our side. If your first hotel choice has been fully booked already, INTERPLAN AG keeps the right to accommodate you in another hotel. Cancellations of hotel bookings can be made
until July 29th, 2008, and have to be sent in writing to INTERPLAN AG. In case of any cancellations after July 29th, 2008, or in case of no show or lost room nights due to later arrival and earlier departure, the
hotel is entitled to charge the cancellation fee which can amount up to 90% of the accommodation costs. For total cancellation before July 29th, 2008, INTERPLAN will charge 25 EUR administrationt fee. With
your booking you agree to all terms and conditions.
