Pine: For those who feel they should do or should have done better, who<br />

are self-reproachful or blame themselves for the mistakes <strong>of</strong> others.<br />

Hardworking people who suffer much from the faults they attach to<br />

themselves, they are never satisfied with their success.<br />

Red Chestnut: For those who find it difficult not to be overly concerned<br />

or anxious for others, always fearing something wrong may happen to<br />

those they care for.<br />

Rescue Remedy: <strong>The</strong> most well known formula in the Back Remedy<br />

system. It has a positive calming and stabilizing effect in an extremely<br />

broad range <strong>of</strong> stressful situations, which include nervousness, anxiety,<br />

accidents, bereavement, and times <strong>of</strong> great fright, anguish, and<br />
