Notes:
-The value of benefits in kind are taken from the P11D, and are, therefore, net of any personal contributions, these include a lease vehicle.
-The lease vehicle scheme is available to all employees of the Trust.
-The Directors pensions contributions are made to NHS Superannuation scheme which is available to all NHS employees.
-The Trust does not operate a performance related pay scheme.
-Professor Mallick resigned as Medical Director with the effect from 31st March 2000.
-Professor Mallick was an employee of the University of Manchester the fee shown is for the Directors fee only.
-Mr Johnson took up the post of Medical Director with the effect form 1st April 2000. He is a full time employee of the Trust.
-Professor Shaw became a non-executive director with the effect from 1st May 2000. He waives the right to receive a fee personally, however an equivalent sum is paid to the University
of Manchester to support the loss of teaching time.
-Mrs M Lambert took up secondment at South Manchester University Hospitals Trust with effect form 6th August 2000.
-Mrs M Carroll was seconded from Trafford Healthcare Trust with effect from 11th September 2000.
-Mr J Wilbraham was Acting Director of Finance for the period 1st April 1999 to 9th August 1999.
-Mrs L Bartlett was Acting Director of Human Resources for the period 31st January 1999 to 1st August 1999.
-Professor Butterworth resigned as non-executive director on 30th November 1999.
