alloys as listed <strong>in</strong> EN 573-3 and<br />
<strong>in</strong> the Teal Sheets, just a few are<br />
of importance for the manufacture<br />
of <strong>commercial</strong> <strong>vehicles</strong>.<br />
Selection criteria are:<br />
• availability of semi-f<strong>in</strong>ished<br />
products<br />
• mechanical properties<br />
• physical properties<br />
• suitability for fabrication<br />
• weldability<br />
• corrosion resistance<br />
