Flow Max 110 Flow Monitor
Now you can bulk load from a nurse truck to a sprayer
tank or from a chemical bulk tank to a transport truck
economically and dependably. The Flow Max 110
measures the liquid being pumped from one tank to
another. An in-line flowmeter provides a signal to the
110 monitor which displays a readout in either gallons
or liters. The 110 console is an economical, single
product flow monitor that provides the same reliable
service and quality you have come to expect in other Raven flow control
systems. Raven offers a variety of flowmeters which allow the Flow Max 110
to accurately meter a wide range of flow rates and accommodate a variety
of plumbing sizes. Display features include batch volume, rate of flow, total
volume measured, and sub volume measured. Operates on 12V, DC or
110V, AC with any standard AC to DC converter.

Flow Max 220
The Flow Max 220 Measures the liquid pumped from
one tank to another while providing a self contained
digital display with 6 digits indicating flow rate and
totals. Max total displayed 999,999 gallons or liters.
Installation can be directly mounted in line on the sprayer, nurse truck, or
chemical fill tank. It operates using a single internal and replaceable 3.6V
long life battery that will last for over 1.5 million gallons total. 2" (F)NPT
Ends. Flow is 5 gpm to 200 gpm.

Flow Max 810 Automatic Batcher

Mini-RC Kit
Our mini control consists of a
compact console with toggle
switches to control pressure
and a single 10 GPM boom
valve (Model 144A). Kit also
includes a 3/4" pressure regulator
and plumbing fittings for
most manifold assemblies.

Raven SCS-203 MG Control System
The SCS-203 MG Sprayer Control System
provides on/off control of sprayer booms, plus
control of sprayer pressure from the driver’s
seat. Individual booms are on/off controlled with
a separate switch while fluid pressure can be
increased or decreased to compensate for
speed changes or changes in field conditions. The SCS-203 MG independently
operates one, two, or three sprayer booms providing on/off
and pressure control. A master switch activates all booms at once. Highimpact
control box with swivel mounting bracket.

TeeJet 744A Manual Sprayer Control
The 744A Controls can be adapted to provide operating pressure at two levels. For those requiring boom pressures up to 100
PSI (7 bar),the 744A is available in kit form with a 244 regulator valve and 144A DirectoValve ® control valves. 145 valves can
also be adapted for boom section on/off. For pressures up to 300 PSI (21 bar), the 344EC electric-operated ball valves can
be connected for reliable pressure regulation and boom shutoff control.

• The heavy-duty boom master switch is sealed with a molded silicon bushing and pinned for rugged durability and extended service life
