Room temperature. After rec<strong>on</strong>stituti<strong>on</strong>, oral soluti<strong>on</strong> should be kept refrigerated; if<br />
so, it is stable for 30 days.<br />
Dose (WHO recommended)<br />
Adults: < 60 kg: 30 mg (1 caps.) twice dauly<br />
= 60 kg: o40 mg (1 caps.) twice daily<br />
Children: 1 mg/kg: every 12 hours (if at laeast 30 kg: same as adults)<br />
Food effect<br />
It can be taken with or without food.<br />

0.96 ± 0.26 hours
