The purpose of this fund is to honor James' memory and to keep his spirit alive in the PSU PantherFootball family. Criteria for selection shall include love of the game, love for teammates, dedication to the sport, improvement within position, andcontribution of an extra spark of spirit and enthusiasm to Plymouth State University football.
