Create a new Ingres directory on a disk with sufficient space to hold theIngres Home Directory. In this example, the directory is called/ing2006/ingres.Execute the following commands:mkdir /ing2006/ingreschmod 755 /ing2006/ingres2. Create two scripts to set the environment to the original and newdevelopment installations. In this example, the scripts are named “setold”and “setnew.”Note: These example C shell scripts may need to be adjusted for yourspecific installation.
