Talk with more than one personSet up a Conference call (M3903 and M3904)You can set up a Conference call for up to six people (including yourself). Contactyour network administrator to determine the maximum number of people yoursystem allows on a conference call.To set up a conference call:Conf1. Press the Conference Key while youare on a call.The other party is on hold and youreceive dial tone. The screen displaysCall on hold, dial number.2. Dial the number of the person youwant to add to the conference.Swap ConnectorIf the person you attempt to add tothe conference is unavailable:Goodbye2637/3. Press the Swap Key to switch betweentalking with the original caller and thenew caller. Press the Connect Key tocomplete the conference.Everyone is able to join theconversation.1. Press the Goodbye Key.2. Press the Line (DN) Key with theflashing icon to return to your originalcall.54

In order to use Call Join, yourtelephone must be configured with either a second line (DN) or a Call WaitingKey.To connect a call on hold (on adifferent line) to your current call:Conf1. Press the Conference Key.2. Press the Key that has the caller youwant to connect to your current call.Conf3.
