Boardinghouse: premises other than a hotel, restaurant, or congregate living facility where meals andlodging are furnished for compensation to seven or more persons unrelated to the owner of the premisesby marriage, birth, or legal adoption.Boathouse: means a structure designed solely for the protection or storage of watercraft.Box or cabinet sign: Any sign, the face of which is enclosed, bordered or contained within a box-likestructure, frame, or other device.Breakaway wall: means a partition that is not part of the structural support of the building and is intendedthrough its design and construction to collapse under specific lateral loading forces without causingdamage to the elevated portion of the building or the supporting foundation system.Break point: location on a communication tower of a designed feature which, in the event of a towerfailure, would result in the tower falling entirely within the boundaries of the property on which it islocated.Buffer: upland areas adjacent to wetlands which are necessary to protect the wetlands and wetlandspecies from the detrimental impacts of development or alteration.
