Buildable area: The area <strong>of</strong> a lot remaining after the minimum yard and open space requirements <strong>of</strong> thezoning ordinance has been met.Building: any permanent or temporary structure, with a ro<strong>of</strong> built for support, shelter, or enclosure forany occupancy or storage.Building area: the area included within surrounding exterior walls (or exterior walls and fire walls)exclusive <strong>of</strong> vent shafts and courts.
