Simulated gambling display: visual or aural information capable <strong>of</strong> being perceived by a user whichtakes the form <strong>of</strong> actual or simulated gambling or gaming play. The term includes, but is not limited to,displays depicting the following types <strong>of</strong> games:a. Reel games or simulations <strong>of</strong> reel games, such as slot machines, eight liners, or pot-<strong>of</strong>-gold.b. Card games or simulations <strong>of</strong> card games, such as video poker.c. Video games representing a game regulated by <strong>Florida</strong> law, such as bingo, sweepstakes, gamepromotions, drawings, or raffles.d. Video games representing a game prohibited by <strong>Florida</strong> law, such as craps, keno, and lotteries.e. Any video game based on or involving the random or chance matching <strong>of</strong> different pictures,words, numbers, or symbols.Single-family: includes garage apartments; single-family dwellings; model homes; expanded residentialbuilding sites; patio homes; and single-family dwellings for the owner or manager <strong>of</strong> an existingpermitted principal use.Single-family dwelling: building containing only one dwelling. This term includes a manufactured ormobile home dwelling.Site-related improvements: (traffic) capital improvements and right-<strong>of</strong>-way dedications for direct accessimprovements to the development in question. Direct access improvements includes, but is not limited to,the following:(a) Site driveways and roads;(b) Right- and left-turn lanes leading to those driveways and roads;(c) Traffic control measures for those driveways and roads;(d) Acceleration/deceleration lanes;(e) Frontage roads;(f) Median openings/closings; and(g) Roads necessary to provide direct access to the development.Snipe sign: sign tacked, nailed, pasted, glued or otherwise attached to trees, poles, stakes, fences or toother objects with the message appearing on the sign.Solid waste: sludge from a waste treatment works, water supply treatment plant, or air pollution controlfacility or garbage, rubbish, refuse, or other discarded material, including solid, liquid, semisolid, orcontained gaseous material resulting from domestic, industrial, commercial, mining, agricultural, orgovernmental operations. Materials not regulated as solid wastes pursuant to <strong>Florida</strong> Administrative Codechapter 17-701 are: nuclear source or by-product materials regulated under F.S. chapter 4<strong>04</strong>, or under theFederal Atomic Energy Act <strong>of</strong> 1954 as amended; suspended or dissolved materials in domestic sewageeffluent or irrigation return flows, or other regulated point source discharges; regulated air emission;fluids or wastes associated with natural gas or crude oil exploration or production.
