Use of the Equipment<br />

Rental Form<br />

1. Verify that the customer has provided all required information.<br />

Make sure everything is legible.<br />

2. Under the equipment column:<br />

mark if the equipment is rented or owned;<br />

enter ID # or description.<br />

3. Mark if the customer wants to insure his equipment.<br />

4. In the weight column:<br />

circle the group that contains the customer’s weight.<br />

5. In the height column:<br />

circle the group that contains the customer’s height.<br />

6. Select the skier code closest to the top.<br />

7. Move on the skier code column according to the skier type.<br />

8. Move on the skier code column according to the age.<br />

9. Circle the final skier code<br />

10. Enter the final skier code into the box on the left hand side of the form.<br />

11. Circle the sole length column that contains the sole length of the boot used.<br />

12. Circle the Initial Indicator Value.<br />

13. Determine the TYROLIA Single Code and enter it in the box.<br />

14. Mark if this is an Adult or a Junior Code.<br />

15. Determine the Final Indicator Setting, adjust the binding accordingly and record the settings on the form.<br />

16. Confirm with your signature that you have adjusted the binding as recorded on the form.<br />

It is mandatory that you follow the above procedure exactly.<br />

Before dispatching the equipment make sure that the customer:<br />

• has read and understood the form<br />

• initialled and signed the form in all necessary places<br />

• If the customer requests special settings, follow the procedures for ·<br />

Discretionary Settings/troubleshooting at page 30/31.
