「 步 走 大 自 然 」 是 本 會 眾 多 提 高 公 眾 保 育 意 識 的 項 目 之 一 。The Walk for Nature is one of WWF’s many programmes to raise public awareness about conservation issues.© WWF Hong Kong財 務 摘 要本會 有 專 責 的 員 工 一 直 盡 力 確 保 有 足 夠 經 費 推 行 保 育 及教 育 工 作 。 全 賴 各 捐 助 者 鼎 力 支 持 , 我 們 才 得 以 推 行各 項 保 育 及 教 育 工 作 , 為 此 , 本 會 衷 心 感 謝 。以 下 為 世 界 自 然 基 金 會 香 港 分 會 的 財 務 狀 況 摘 要 , 由 均 富 會計 師 行 審 核 , 並 按 世 界 自 然 基 金 會 國 際 標 準 計 算 。 截 至 2008 年 6 月30 日 止 的 年 度 財 務 報 告 , 刊 載 於 本 會 的 週 年 報 告 內 。主 要 收 入本 會 的 收 入 主 要 來 自 個 人 及 公 司 捐 款 , 佔 本 會 總 收 入 逾 67%。 今 年 ,本 會 的 會 員 人 數 有 所 增 加 , 個 人 會 籍 數 目 增 長 為 39%。 整 體 而 言 , 這部 分 的 收 入 佔 個 人 捐 款 總 額 91% ( 即 1,680 萬 港 元 ), 餘 下 9% 來 自 一 般捐 款 (110 萬 港 元 ) 及 遺 產 捐 款 (60 萬 港 元 )。公 司 捐 款 為 本 會 的 第 二 大 之 收 入 來 源 , 來 自 公 司 會 員 (650 萬 港 元 )及 無 限 制 用 途 的 公 司 捐 款 (40 萬 港 元 ) 佔 公 司 捐 款 總 額 48%。 餘 下 的Financial highlightsWWF’s conservation and education workis dependent on a small group ofstaff that make sure the funds weneed to operate continue to flow. We are most grateful to ourdonors, whose contributions make our continued work possible.The following highlights are from WWF Hong Kong’sfinances which have been audited by Grant Thornton, and arecalculated using the WWF International Standard. The fullaudited financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2008 arepublished in our Annual Report and Accounts.Our major incomeBoth individual and corporate donations continue to be ourmajor sources of income, with both contributing to more than 67percent of our total income. This year our membership base grew,resulting in an increase of 39 percent in individual membershipsubscriptions. Overall, this revenue segment contributes 91percent of our total individual donations (HK$16.8 million), withthe remaining 9 percent from general donations (HK$1.1 million)and a legacy donation (HK$0.6 million).Corporate donations are the second most important revenuesource with 48 percent coming from our corporate members(HK$6.5 million) and unrestricted corporate donations (HK$0.4million). The balance of HK$7.5 million was given in the formof restricted donations for particular conservation programmes,such as The Low Carbon Manufacturing Programme (BowenCapital Asia Green Dragon Fund), HSBC South China Wetlandsprogramme, and Seafood Guide (JNC Nature Fund).Opposite page: © Yifei Zhang / WWF-Canonannual review 2007-2008 37
